Don’t call me a shemale, really, now as an admirer this really confused me as I was looking at personals posted up and these trans girls where refereeing to themselves as “shemales”in fact many where saying “shemale looking for hot date”

Now I know some transgender would go crazy at the idea of an admirer calling them a shemale or worse a tranny, and to those I respect their choice and will always class them a trans / transgender or hopefully once I know there name, there name.  So, it comes down to  reading the personals advert and if the TG is referring to herself as a shemale then you have your answer.

I do think it was primarily the porn industry that originally came up with the term shemale, and probably due to films and porn this has been carried over to the mainstream, although I could be wrong.

Understanding your date. When hooking up with a shemale doesn’t start the date with a load of questions. Are you post or pre op, do you like this, or that and will you do…All these questions should be asked via message so that when you meet up you can have fun knowing the interests and restrictions you BOTH have? Also many of these questions can be answered by reading the personals ad.

Talk about the date you want, if you are just looking for some casual fun and nothing serious be honest to tell the member, but if you are seeking a single shemale for a LTR then be upfront as it could save a lot of time on both parts

“Are you Top or bottom” with every shemale date I’ve had the pleasure of they are mostly bottom contacts. Whilst the porn industry “again” has driven home this idea that shemales like to fuck guys its not always the case and you need to make sure you both know the type of meetup you are going to arrange.
